Privacy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

In plain English:there's no account and no login. We don't keep what you paste after your session. To produce your analysis, your text is sent to our AI provider, which processes it and does notuse it to train AI models. Please don't paste more personal detail than you need to.

No account, no sign-up

Keep My Bondis free to use and doesn't ask you to create an account, log in, or verify your identity. We don't ask for your name, address, or phone number to use the tool.

What happens to the text and files you paste

When you paste a landlord's claim, your evidence, or upload photos or PDFs, that content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) so it can read it and generate your analysis. Anthropic processes it to return a result and does not use content submitted through their API to train their models. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

We don't store what you paste — it isn't saved to any account or database, and there's no history of your matter for you to log back into. It's processed only briefly to generate your result. Your text is sent to and processed on servers overseas, including in the United States. Like any online service we keep short-lived technical logs (for security and to fix errors), and we don't use them to build a profile of you. Because your words leave your device to be processed, don't paste anything more sensitive than the dispute genuinely requires — for example, black out bank details or ID numbers that aren't relevant to the claim.

If you send feedback

If you use the feedback form, your message — and your email address if you choose to add one — is emailed to us (via the form provider, Web3Forms) so we can read it and reply. We only use your email to respond to you. Leaving the email blank is fine; you just won't get a reply.

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to see how many people use the tool and which pages are visited — counts and referrers only, no advertising trackers and no attempt to identify you. We don't use cookies to profile you or follow you around the web.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the service secure, but no online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Given the tool is anonymous and stateless, the simplest protection is the one above: only share what the dispute needs.

Changes and contact

If this note changes, we'll update the date at the top. Questions about privacy? Use the feedback form on the home page and we'll get back to you.
